Dax AI, LLC ("Dax AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nebraska limited liability company providing AI-powered voice receptionist services to small and medium businesses. Our website is getdaxai.com.
We collect information in two ways:
From business clients (you): Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business information you provide during onboarding.
From your callers: Only what they voluntarily share during a call — their name, phone number, email address (if provided), and reason for calling. We also retain call transcripts for 90 days.
Caller data is used solely to provide the service — creating call summaries, sending notifications to you, and logging calls for your review. We do not use caller data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the service you paid for.
We share caller data with no third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (our technology providers) or as required by law. We never sell, rent, or trade your data or your callers' data.
Call transcripts are automatically deleted after 90 days. All data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon written request.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at dax@getdaxai.com.
All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We use SOC 2 certified third-party platforms to process and store data. We carry Technology Errors & Omissions insurance with cyber liability coverage.
All automated SMS messages sent through our system include a STOP opt-out instruction. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. The AI agent answers only inbound calls initiated by callers.
